~10 min each with a couple min breather in between, took em slow and focused on pointers from that recent CFJ video: straight back, proper posterior tensioning, and external shoulder rotation.
Pulled a 5 rep set of DL at 285 (all my weight). Focused on solid back and bar speed.
Was talking to a few guys at the gym tonight who rowed in college for some legit ass teams. They would hold a 1:30 500m pace for 1k and do crazy stuff in practice like row for 20 mins holding 1:45. Unreal.
