worked out at lunch, elbow was killllllin me after squats, just from cranking my shoulder girdle into that tight pinned position. i think from power cleans on saturday, so weak sauce. video'ing my PCs next time so i can get some pointers, because i must be doing something horrible. had to wait on the presses till i got home from work.

bitched out of sprints because my arm was quivering uncontrollably. rowed 1500m and called it a day. a shitty one. so much ice in my future.
