random saturday

ran 2 miles, then did 20 burpees

feeling pretty sore from my first week back. my lower back is sore from the sumo deadlift hiighpulls. Did I do something wrong or is that normal?

  1. I wouldn't be too concerned about the back. SDHP will do that, as will taking a few months off. Good to have you back. Some foam/lax ball rolling wouldn't hurt though. Maybe put even more of an emphasis on the mobility this go around since you're body will be hating you for the foreseeable future.
