Used 120#. Should have gone heavier. Got all the PUs strict though.
On the minute
Complete one 1/2 gasser on the minute for 8 minutes.
then...
100 Evil Wheels
Subbed 15s sprint on the spin bike with the resistance jacked up for the half gasser. Shitty sub, but it was better than nothing. Wasn't at my normal gym or I would have done 150m sprint row, which apparently is the accepted sub for 1/2 gasser. Subbed calling it quits for the evil wheels because I'm a little bitch.
