3x5 press @ 115 (PR+5)
1x5 DL @ 315 (PR+20)
I won't even say that I did the DWODs because I chopped them up so bad:
8x3 power clean @ 155
3x max rep chins
missing that squat PR has me irked, had it all planned out...title of my post was gonna be TriPRecta. Dialing back on the GOMAD, not gonna purposely eat to excess for awhile, maybe just a week and throw in some rowing to see what happens.
oh yeah, 10x22 pushups yesterday, 5x22 today...my one arm feels like its gonna fall out of the shoulder joint, rest day tomorrow is gonna be nayce.
