My partner was a beast. Former college wrestler who did a muscleup WOD yesterday after CFing for 2 weeks.
15 min AMRAP:
A: 95lb sled drag (~100 feet)
B: 45lb dumbbell farmer carry (same distance)
C: sprint (same distance)
First partner does A and B, second partner does C and A, first does B and C, etc.
~25 rounds, lost count - shit was confusing
