i'm gonna abbreviate my posts drastically and/or only post when i hit new PRs. not trying to hijack our crossfit blog into my strength blog...
squat @ 205 no sweat, poor form (tied PR from when i had been doing SS for weeks)
went for a 150 bench, ended up with 150-145-140 :( next time
did a whole slew of other functional barbell stuff, weighted dips & pullups, etc.
