monday

back to CF after ~3 weeks away. i've been rock climbing about 2 to 3 times a week, but that's about it. it's getting cold here, which makes it difficult to get out of bed at 5AM and bike to the gym. gotta get some better cold weather gear.

Row 500 m then
30-20-10 of:
Hand release push-ups
Air squats
Sit-ups
then Row 500m

    Good wod. I like the range of movements/time domain. I could probably benefit from doing more rowing. I probably average 2:04 for 500m pace on metcons with rowing. I feel like something around 1:50 would be solid.

    Started with some deadlift work then:

    10x2 front squat. Worked up to 225 pretty quickly then backed off a good amount to try to leave something in the tank for the metcon.
