A. 3-3-3-3-3 deadlift @ 80% 1RM.

295# across. Used a hook grip, which was rather painful.

B. HSPU practice.

Did about 10 strict HSPU (2 sets of 2 and a few singles). These are still really hard.

C. Max Effort Strict Press @ 50% 1RM.

18 reps @ 75#
