took last week off to spend more time wrapping up a course.  back at it today:

1k row leisurely warmup
3x5 bench @ 180 (harder than I had hoped it would be)
2xME bench with SS @ 210 (4-4)
3x6 skullcrushers like rip says to do em @ 70 lbs
