Squat: 175x5, 205x5, 230x12
Declined Sit-ups: BWx10x5
Dips: BWx5x5
French Press: 50x10x5
Running: 1mi at 6.5mph with 1.0 incline

Started with theo 1RM squat of 300. Last set is to exhaustion so that should make AK feel good.
