Dropped into a box in MS yesterday and did the following:
3 rounds for time:
400m run
12 pistols (alternating)
20 kb swings 2p
10:50 - everything unbroken, slow ass run
Gonna be out of town again this weekend so I won't be back to my regularly scheduled programming til next Tues. Seven weeks til the Open.
