3x5 squat @ 255 (adductor feeling better every squat sesh)
3x5 press @ 125 (no dice, wtf: 5-4-3)

did some 100m sprint rows alternating with 10 ab wheels.  Like 6 rounds.

crush grippers: 2x8 @ 100, 2x5 @ 120, 5x3 @ 140 (time to order the 167.5)
