At the conclusion of my training in 2012, my strength numbers were as follows:
3×5 Squat @ 260 lbs.
3×5 Press @ 120 lbs.
5RM Deadlift @ 315 lbs.
3×5 Bench Press @ 175 lbs.
5×3 Power Clean @ 185 lbs.
Max Strict Pull-ups: 15
And my 500 meter row PR was 1:41.
My goals for 2013 are as follows:
3×5 Squat @ 360 lbs.
3×5 Press @ 170 lbs.
5RM Deadlift @ 450 lbs.
3×5 Bench Press @ 235 lbs.
5×3 Power Clean @ 235 lbs.
Max Strict Pull-ups: 30
500 meter row: 1:28.
And in general, to compete more -- either with you guys or in a powerlifting competition or at softball. I'll beat Bonak in a 100m race too.
Good Numbers. All of the 2013 goals seem reasonable except the 30 strict pullups. Shit is mad hard to improve, especially since you'll be getting heavier as you get stronger.
