Did a workout in my building's gym today.

Run 1.85 miles at a 8 min/mile pace.

Then,

3 rounds for time of:
10 Man Makers (20 lbs DB)
50 Single Unders
15 Situps

Time: 12:27


Notes: just randomly made up this workout. Wanted to use my new jump rope!
