Max reps strict pullups
100yd sprint

Got 3 rounds and split (bitch move). 12-8-5. That sprint was gassing.  Subbed 3x bball court sprint.

First pr in ~6 weeks.

  2. Your squat/dl ratio is hilarious. How are you at 240 squat and 355 deadlift? Do you have crazy long arms?

  3. I don't think my ratio is *too* out of whack. All my lifts are lacking like 100lbs+ though. 500/400/300/200 is a good rough guide according to rip.

  4. I do have a pretty short torso / long legs though, i.e. my hips are high on my body.

    @JC: I think I'm a little shy of pulling 405, but I'll be psyched as fuck when I do, hopefully in the next month or so, I missed the last CFFB total.
