Body Weight Cleans

7 squat cleans 155#
14 kb swings 54# (subbed 50#)

Closed out with 5x3 snatch grip behind the neck press. Really liked these, working distinctly different muscles than regular press.

  1. noteworthy from my workout: 3x5 front squat @ 175, & JC coming out of nowhere and saving me from dumping a bunch of plates all over the place while i was bench pressing (not jesus christ, but he would make a clutch spotter too)
