10 Front Squats 185/135 (from the ground)
20 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
50 Double Unders
A. 135-185-195-210x (so close!)
Need some technical improvements here. Taking a few lifting lessons in upcoming weeks which should help.
B. 14:40 (135#)
Squats were: 10 ; 6-4 ; 5-5
C2B were 4-4-4-4-4 ; 4-3-3- then a bunch of 1s and 2s ; 1s and 2s
DU were: 25-25 ; 25-25 ; 50
C2B continue to be an issue. Hoping the lessons can fix my kip too. My kipping/strict ratio is way too low.
