Rachel Carson hike went well. No injuries. Felt good at the end. 

Dropped weights a bit since I've been out for about a week.

Squat: 210x5x3
Bench: 160x5x3
Deadlift: 225x5

2 rounds:
60s (center, left, right)
15 declined sit-ups 

Pull-ups: 6,4,4
