Worked up to a few sets at 135lb
7x2 Snatch Pull
Worked up to a few sets at 225lb
5 Rounds for Time
3 Muscle Ups
6 DB C&J 45lb
Accumulate 30s in L-Sit
12:20 - L-sits were tuck sits, broken up into 10s chunks starting with round 3
