CrossFit JC Track Workout 5/5/15

Warmup run to track (1.5 miles)

3 rounds of:

400m sprint (~1:37)
200m walk
200m sprint (~0:35)
100m walk
100m sprint (~0:15)

Then 400m walking lunges for time
16:49

Cool down walk back home (1.5 miles)/too tired to run
