Made up part of yesterday's workout:
2 sets:
12 Minutes AMRAP:15 WallBalls (20/14)
15 Burpee Box Jumps
15 Deadlifts (185/135)
rest 2 minutes between sets.
Notes:
- You're ONLY Goal is to break this up to remain consistent throughout. The first 6 minutes should be the same as the second 6 minutes. The second set should be THE EXACT SAME as the first set.
- For the Burpee Box Jump you must touch the top of the box
\\ 3 + 1, 3 + 8, wallballs unbroken except for third round of second set, burpee box jumps were slow as shit, deadlifts 3x5.

Apparently the Mid Atlantic is competitive as fuck because I would be about 100 places better in the South East. And if I was in Africa I'd be in 20th. Wtf.

good point. a LOT more money in CF games than nationals ;)
