Went with 60kg, 80% would have been around 70kg, left shoulder was bothering me

10 Toes to Bar
10 Burpees
...Rest 2 minutes between sets...

Tried to keep a constant pace throughout, got progressively harder, broke up wall balls and T2B into sets of 5 from the start which was a good plan. 250 total wall balls.
