Cfnyc

Well, not quite. Didn't make it to the gym so did this one instead:

5 hspu 
10 pistol (5 each leg)
10 tuck sit pull-up

Did 6 rounds at a leisurely pace (probably took at least 45 mins to 1 hr). 

I'll take it considering that 3 months I couldn't do 1 rep of hspu or pistols.
