2013-03-23 Running (MB)

5mi at 6.6mph.

First 4 miles were at 6.5mph, last mile was at 7.5mph.
Most I've ever run on a treadmill.

    I ran with Meghan,, and she doesn't have the right gear. Should be good to run outside in a few weeks.
