Max Handstand Push Ups in 5 minutes (13)
Max Pull Ups in 4 minutes (26 strict)
Max Push Ups in 3 minutes (39)
Max Supine Ring Pull Ups in 2 minutes (12 strict chinups)
Max Dips in 1 minute (12)

TOTAL: 102
Not really ecstatic about this. First time doing HSPUs though. Fun. Did them with 2 plates under my head. Next time I'll just do 1 plate.

1x5 DL @ 295# (PR...piece of cake minus my grip was dying. could have done another set if i had chalk/straps, its a shame I dont think chalk is allowed in our gym)
