1-1-1-1-1-1-1 split jerk

155 across. I suck at this. Form was pretty bad, split not wide enough, and not explosive at all. Blah.

Then

Step ups to 20 inch box with weight in rack position. Focusing on not using the off leg to push off. 

5 sets of 3L/3R

16kg (in each hand). Decent form, focused on keeping back toe off ground.
