Yesterday (032714) i did a 2k row at a mild 2:20 pace.  Today i warmed up with a more brisk 2k row at a 2:10 pace.

Lots of shoulder mobility work focused on getting my overhead position ironed out.  Lots of foam rolling hams/quadz.

2x6-8 chins @ +32.5 (8-7)
3x6 EZ bar curls @ 80
3x6 plate flips @ 35

  2. Yea, standard rubber coated octagon. I liked using bumpers better because the wideness was a challenge.
