21 reps. 10 ohs unbroken. Pullups were basically singles since I kept getting no repped at the bottom. Got back to the ohs with about 2 mins left and just couldn't keep shoulders stable.
Takeaway: Both pull-ups and ohs seem to be hindered by limited shoulder and thoracic mobility. Work on this
Why were you getting no repped at the bottom?
ReplyDeletelack of full extension. I feel like any further and my shoulder would come out of socket. so clearly some mobility issues.
