Shoulder stability is an issue for me, so ohs is always a struggle between pushing the envelope and not hurting myself. Think 105 is probably a pr so I'll take it.
Then
Three rounds of:
10 ohs (135 rx)
50 double under
Did first round at 85
Got through 8 reps of round 2 at 85 then dropped to 65. Total time was 6 and change.
Closed it out with 5 sets of 5 strict ctb pullups
