SMCF Monday AM

Strength:
Thruster
especially max 2 rep thruster
got up to 175 in the time alloted, I was happy with that. Might have been able to do 185.

Conditioning:

21-15-9
Thrusters and Pullups
5 minutes rest then
500 meter row for time

7:00 rx for fran. 1:32 for the 500m row.
