2013-05-14 Running (MB)

Ran 5 miles at 8:46 per mile average. One more run on Thursday, then race on Sunday.

  2. 3 weeks after the half marathon, I'm participating in a relay from Madison, WI to Chicago. I'll be running 3 legs, each around 5 miles. I plan on doing some light strength training in addition to keeping up my mileage.

    After the relay, I will likely return to some kind of strength + crossfit combo.
