Yeah I think it's pretty common for top level lifters to do. Even with my half-assed attempt I managed to lose 7 or so lbs in 3-4 days. My friend did the same and went from 235->220.
ReplyDeleteWhere was your source of info to guide you guys through that? I don't particularly like that dude. Though he is wayyy more jacked than I would have expected from someone that wrote a book called "the 4-hour body". I do like his scientific approach to things however.
