1x5 deadlift @ 325
3x max rep strict pullups

As soon as finished deadlift I knew my elbow wasnt going to hold out. I got maybe 10 pullups in and at full extension it felt like something was gonna pop. :(

3x15 bar dips

why am i plagued with injury...

3 RM Box Jump
4 x 30 yard sprint
2 RM Box Jump
4 x 20 yard sprint
1 RM Box Jump
4 x 10 yard sprint
*rest as needed between box jumps & sprints
*rest 30 seconds between sprints

Skipped the box jumps because I'm a panzy and the gym's max height is like 28". Got the sprints though.

  1. my form is way tighter than I let it get previously on DL, back straight as a plank...well, a plank with a lumbar curve in it. could feel it giving way on 5th rep though, hopefully I can go straight to a new PR without failure.

  2. No. My plan was to get my squat numbers up around where youre at before I use a belt, to build a solid core stability foundation. That being said, I'll sometimes belt up for the last set or two of presses if my erectors are spent from something else.
