3x5 Squat @ 225 (felt much much better than Tuesday)
3x5 bench press @ 150

Gonna do a reset (5%-15%) on all my lifts coming off this rest week.

Max distance two handed plate pinch carries (used 35# plates)
*rest as needed between rounds.

Something like: 30-45-60-45-20-20 (in yds on bball court). This shit will get you climbing mad rocks. Grip was toast after
