klein's wod

Yesterday:
Got to the gym at rush hour so just did 40 min of lower body mwod shit, felt like i JIMP'd.

Today:
AMRAP 20 min:
10 deadlifts at 155 lbs
15 squats
20 lateral jumps over the resting barbell

I did 4 rounds (9:30) and realized I was an idiot for not scaling the DL weight some...couldn't keep my lower back in proper/safe form so I threw in the towel. I'll be returning to this one with, oh say, a 135# DL maybe?

3x5 bench @ 130
3x5 incline bench @ 125
3x15 GHD situps SS w/ 3x10 back extensions

CFers on the boards trash on supersets a lot, is there any reason not to do them when we're talking legit movements like GHD work?

  1. Dont see anything wrong with supersets, as long as you're not supersetting curls, reach arounds, and calf raises.
