40 Power clean, 135#
50 Burpees
60 SDHP, 75#
18:25 - cut about 2 mins off my previous time but still got smoked by 1-2 mins by this 45 year old who kicked my ass on Monday too. Crazy how much harder you can go when going head to head with someone else compared to working out alone.
