Meant to post this last week, I guess it never made it.
Did bits and pieces of the programmed workouts over the last two days.
Tuesday
30 push jerks @60%

This was hard AF, weights were 150lb, 180, and 200. On the set of 10 I did a double, failed the third rep, and did singles to finish.

27:50 - good long workout to get in if you don't feel like doing much but want to get your sweat on
Finished by super setting 3x20 GHD sit-ups with 3x20 slam balls at 50lb.
Been eating a banana after my workouts for the last week and a half to try to replenish my glycogen ASAP, has the added benefit of keeping me from being stupid hungry when I get home late from the gym. Last open workout coming up this weekend, then I gotta figure out what programming I want to do for the next four weeks or so before I head off on a six week trip to Asia. Will definitely be testing my major 1RMs in the coming weeks.
