Week 3, Day 1 - Heavy Lower Day
Squat 3x6 @ 295 lbs (+7.5 lbs)
Deadlift 2x6 @ 365 lbs (+10 lbs)
Did this while it was raining. Felt heavy. I should prob start doing more of a warm up and doing consistent mobbing.
