Squat 3x6 @ 287.5 lbs (+7.5 lbs)
Deadlift 2x6 @ 355 lbs (+10 lbs)
Weighted OH Lunges 3x12 @ 45 lbs
Standing Calf Raises 3x12
Squats and deadlifts feel good.
