Anderson Squat with Straight Bar + 25% Hanging Chains - 1RM
265lb + ~50lb in chains

If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.
 
80 reps - 5/10 pull-ups in round 3, did 89 reps during 13.5

Wide Stance Box Squat with Bamboo Bar + Hanging KB's (from Bands, 70/44) - Max Reps in 5 Minutes
38 reps to 12" box + 25lb plate
