200m run
10 goblet squats (45#)
10 push ups
Alternate the exercises between partners.
Sunday:
Mostly mobility work and tested my 1RM Press which ended up at 150.
Today (volume):
Squat: 200x5x5 (easy)
Bench: 150x5x5 (easy)
Pull-ups (ME): 8-6-5
Tried shooting the hips back and keepin my shins from moving forward too much -- felt good. Thanks to JC for the tips.
