Kinda cool, although most of them aren't as jacked as I thought they'd be.
its cool to compare the sprinters and long distance runners. makes quite the case for high intensity training vs long slow torture.

ReplyDeleteVery interesting. A lot of Oly weightlifters dont look that jacked. From the front. The vast majority of the muscles they recruit for lifting are in the posterior chain. If you look at any legit Oly lifter's back, it looks like the mfing rocky mountains, whereas they could very well have almost no definition on the front side (anterior chain? is that a thing?)
