3x5 squat @ 275 (belt; fail: 3-3-3; didn't eat enough the past two days)
3x5 bench @ 155

DWOD

10 rounds:
max reps pushups
50 yd sprint
rest during the walk back to start

Decided to do this outside.  Dumb.  97 degrees.  Got 5 rounds and thought I might pass out or puke (or both, see Figure 1 below).
