lost 15 pounds in past 2-3 months

and gotten a ton stronger/fitter.  thanks guys.  i definitely attribute it to the motivation provided by paintrain community. 

Thursday, only conditioning was prescribed.

Conditioning:
Run 800 meters
Then: 5 rounds
2 deadlifts at 275 pounds (I did 4 deadlifts at 235 pounds, instead)
6 kettle bell presses
8 knees to elbows
Run 800 meters

Time: 21:21
Knees to elbows have gotten a lot better/more fluid.
