tuna before wod, not a good idea

i warmed up and was all ready to go...go inside for a glass of water...My dad: "your mother locked her keys in her car. You have to go pick her up."  Me: "when does she need to get picked up? can't she wait twenty minutes, i'm about to workout."  My dad: "no, go now."  Me: "fine, but i'm gonna have some tuna before i go."  three scoops of tuna later...Me: "why can't you go pick her up?".  My dad: "yeah, i am going."  Me: "then why did you just tell me I had to go?"  My dad:....[blank stare].  My subconscious: "why the fuck did i just eat this tuna right before i'm about to workout?"

the wod that follows:
AMRAP 20 minutes
10 kb ground to overhead (basically kb swings)
10 pushups
10 jumping lunges

11 rounds and 20 reps.  terrible pace.  i blame the tuna right before my wod, and my dad for poor communication.
