scaled shortened chelsea

chelsea
every minute, for 30 min:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

I was going for 20 min of
5 pullups
10 knees to elbows
15 squats

i got 10 min of:
5 pullups
5 knees to elbows
15 squats

split 2 finger creases open and have a blister on every knuckle pad...so i threw in the towel. resting tomorrow then more strength stuff on thurs/fri
