Got a team competition coming up this weekend where I will do either a 1RM snatch or 1RM C&J so I worked up to something heavy on both. Power snatched b/c I didn't feel like mobilizing enough to do squat snatches, no shoulder pain though, which is nice.
Power Snatch 50kg, 70, 80, 85 (187lb)
C&J 70kg, 90, 100, 110, 110 (242lb)
Finished with some conjugate work:
8RM GHD barbell on back situp
35lb
21-15-9-6-3
Strict HSPU
Front Squat 195
Burpees
Did this as a partner workout in preparation for this weekend (jk, we just didn't feel like dong it individually) - finished in 10:04, I did most of the front squats (14/21, 15/15, 9/9, 6/6)
4x25 banded good mornings with second band pulling from front
Blue band - these are good, hit the middle back on the extension
