I think I've hit 330 before or come close so this wasn't very good. Hip flexors were feeling tight in the bottom so I wasn't getting a very good bounce out of the bottom.

16:56 - this is the crossfit benchmark wod DT, with running added. Decided I wanted to do some barbell work and it was too nice out not to do something outside so I thew the run in. Deadlifts I did as 11-1, cleans I did the first round 8-1 then 5-3-1 afterwards, sto unbroken.
