250# deadlift, 30 reps (scaled to 115#)
50 box jumps 30" (scaled to 24")
100 pull-ups (used various bands)
200 wall balls (scaled to 14#)
400 double-unders (scaled to 800 singles)
Row 1000 meters with partner holding 45" plate overhead
